What is therapy? Who can seek it?

 

Anyone can seek therapy at any stage or time in your life. Whether that’s to better your life, explore who you are and where you fit in, to form better relationships or to gain clarity through life challenges and gain support with whatever you may be going through.

 

I can understand it may seem unusual at first to share your personal life with someone professionally, but I am accepting, patient and caring in my approach to give you the time to feel comfortable enough to build a relationship with me first. I provide a safe and private space for us to work with each other for us to build a trusting alliance. This may be daunting at first, but it can be a life changing experience and I am compassionate to do my best to help you along your journey.
